HeForShe: He Said, She Said - Decoding Emotional Intelligence for Men and Women

HeForShe is UN Women’s solidarity movement for gender equality. HeForShe invites our community to build on the work of the women’s movement as equal partners, crafting and implementing a shared vision of gender equality that will benefit all of humanity.

As advocates for gender equality, HeForShe believes that effective allyship requires self-awareness, empathy, and social skills. It means having strong emotional intelligence. To explore emotional intelligence and how it applies to gender, HeForShe is hosting a luncheon-workshop with our partners Inclusity and MetroParks Toledo.

Men play a critical role in supporting and enabling women’s economic empowerment.
