Title: The Path to Fulfillment in a Pandemic World with Sara Best, Real Good Ventures

The year 2020 brought the pandemic and incredible turbulence, change, and uncertainty.  As a result,  2021 could go down in history, among other things, as the year "work went on trial."  Things like the Great Resignation, adjusting to hybrid work and teams, and what we now know as a magnified need for purpose and belonging at work are requiring us to think differently about what we are doing, how we are doing it, if its fulfilling, and if it’s sustainable.

For women, finding fulfillment is essential to well-being and success.  This short session outlines a simple path we can follow to diagnose lack of fulfillment with work and determine what’s needed to boost fulfillment or determine what’s next.

Pre-work for the Luncheon:  All attendees are invited to complete The Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment to deepen understanding of their Drives, Needs, and Behaviors as it relates to fulfillment and success.   The assessment is very brief- only 2 items- and should take 6-8 minutes to complete.  We will touch on the results during the session.  Please use the special link below created for attendees of the luncheon:
