Join us at Lava Wellness Spa for February InterConnections peer-network meet! Come early for breathing & mindfulness exercise in the Salt room between 9:30am to 10am, followed by Talking Circle session in The Wood room start at 10am. Recommendation: Yoga clothes & workout apparel and socks.
