Virtual - Legacy Circle : September

Our desire is to help the women in our community to find connections, stay healthy, and develop a positive mindset about this amazing period of our lives. We all need a tribe and friendship. A tribe may be a conglomeration of people who have come into our lives for a variety of reasons. Whoever we are, we all need a group – for fun, support, company, and perspective. The speaker for that night will be Lori Wells who has joined us several times. Lori is a Systemic Family Constellations facilitator and an artist, a writer and a dancer. She was raised in the desert of the American Southwest and her deep connection to nature led to a study of biology at Lewis and Clark College.

She has owned a restaurant, helped to run a thriving art studio, and managed volunteer programs.

Lori will take us through exercises to determine how our ancestors have impacted how we live today, the choices we make and the beliefs we hold.
