Women Economic Empowerment Power Hour Luncheon

Overview:

A storytelling campaign that focuses on inspiring local immigrant women to break the glass ceiling or successful at starting a business and raising a family. This term was coined a few decades ago as a metaphor to describe the invisible barriers that prevent women and minorities from climbing the corporate ladder, regardless of their qualifications and skills. However, breaking the glass ceiling extends beyond the corporate world. This campaign is inclusive of all fronts where women face cultural and social barriers that limit their full economic empowerment.
